We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when signing up for lessons as a service to you.  Participating in activities of the lessons are designed to educate and help you.  Any information you share during lessons is under these privacy guidelines.

The personal information that we collect depends on the context or extent of your interactions with us and the services and education services provided, the choices you make,  the subjects you wish to discuss while participating in our service and how you use the information provided during interactions.

The personal information we may use includes the following at signup or payment services:

Publicly Available Personal Information. We collect your first name, phone number; email address; business email; billing address; and other similar data.

We may use your information to contact you with newsletters or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you based on the services we provide. Promotion of our services is to adults, parents or guardians of minors.

To signup with our services,  you represent you are at least 18 as a parent or guardian of a minor.

  1. ADULTS 18+ PRIVACY DURING GROUP LESSONS

Our aim is to provide a secure service for our patrons.

Our advice is to not share information that could personally identify you during a group lesson.  If privacy is preferred,  simply offer your first name or create an avatar name.  We are not responsible for private interactions of students,  so interact with others at your own risk.

  1. PRIVACY OF MINORS

Parents and guardians,  as any public forum,  you use our services at your own risk.  It is recommended to not share information that could personally yourself or your child.  Use first names or create avatar names.

As parent or guardian you are responsible for:

  1. being available.
  2. maintaining an adequate level of privacy of your child,  for your child.
  3. language and behavior of your child.
  4. keeping comments and questions general to avoid causing privacy related issues.

If classmates, friends or relatives are in the same group lesson (know each other),  do not share information that could lead to privacy related issues.

Depending on the situation,  Baldwin Studios reserves the right to discontinue lessons for a student per our Terms Of Service.
